A beautifully designed map print of Canterbury that draws its inspiration from antique maps.

Covering an area from the Waitaki River in the south up to the Conway River in the north, this 805mm x 485mm map print lays out the places and landscapes of the Canterbury region from the Southern Alps to the Pacific Ocean.

The map contains many intricate details, from the handcrafted placement of labels, the pattern of lapping water lines along coastlines and lakeshores, to the careful attention to hillshade styling. It also includes a table of driving distances from Christchurch to popular destinations across the region.
